How to activate Crown Chakra ?
Crown chakra meditation involves visualizing a violet or white light at the top of your head, fostering spiritual connection. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Envision the radiant light expanding throughout your body, inducing calmness.
With each exhale, softly chant “Om,” aligning with the crown chakra’s energy. Let the resonance of “Om” permeate your being, enhancing mindfulness. Stay focused, gently guiding wandering thoughts back to the practice. After several minutes, reflect on your experience, embracing any insights. When ready, open your eyes and return to the present moment, carrying the newfound peace with you. Consistent practice nurtures spiritual alignment and inner harmony.
HOW CAN CROWN CHAKRA BREATHING?
Crown chakra breathing involves deep, intentional breaths while visualizing a white or violet light entering through the top of your head, cleansing your energy. Exhale releases tension and negativity. Incorporate mantras and affirmations. Regular practice enhances spiritual connection, intuition, and mental clarity.
சஹஸ்ரார சக்கரம்
ஒரு குழந்தை பிறக்கும்போது சகஸ்ராரச் சக்கரம் திறந்த நிலையிலேயே பிறக்கும். சகஸ்ராரச் சக்கரத்தில் சக்தித் தடைகளோ சக்தித் தேக்கமோ உருவாகாது.
பிற சக்கரங்களை தந்திர யோகப் பயிற்சிகளின் மூலமாக (குண்டலினி சக்தியால்) நம்மால் திறக்கமுடியும். முழு வீச்சில் செயல்படச் செய்யவும் முடியும். ஆனால் சகஸ்ராரச் சக்கரத்தினுள் குண்டலினி நுழைவது தானாகவே நிகழும். நமது முயற்சிகளாலோ அல்லது பயிற்சிகளாலோ அதை நடத்தமுடியாது.
