I use this song and a certain song from the Pokémon video games during a meditation I made up. I meditate in easy pose while listening to the Pokémon song first in order to test whether I can keep my focus on my inner world without getting distracted by the music, or at least to test whether I can tolerate it without getting disturbed in my practice, then end my practice with this masterpiece in corpse pose to relax and restore. This meditation and dynamic meditations are both meditation styles that support me in staying in meditation for longer periods of time. People often forget that we Western people have a huge disadvantage when it comes to meditation because of our busy society. In order to learn to sit, only to just sit, we need to release the restlessness in our bodies and minds. Take that with you in your practice in order to be able to be more gentle towards yourself during your practice. I hope I was of service to someone 🙏🏻
