As you bask in the Reiki drizzle, take a moment to set an intention for this meditation. What would you like to release or cleanse from your energy field? What would you like to invite in or manifest in your life? Hold this intention in your heart and allow the Reiki energy to support you in its realization.
Stay in this state of receiving and allowing for as long as feels comfortable to you. When you are ready to conclude the meditation, express gratitude to the Reiki energy for its healing and transformative effects. Take a few deep breaths, wiggling your fingers and toes, and slowly open your eyes, bringing the meditation to a gentle close.
