You can simply sit, watch and receive.
You can meditate with it.
Let it play while you are doing other things.
Play it to clear your space of low vibrational/toxic energy.
Play while in bed to relax and promote a deeper, restful sleep.
Play without sound or with sound, either way the energy healing portion still works.

Once upon a time I lost my inner magic causing me to live daily with depression and anxiety. I was invisible, I felt invisible and I made myself invisible. I hid my gifts from the world.
