lately i’ve gotten into a cycle of having a ptsd nightmare and then worrying about it the next night which just causes another one, and it’s been like this for about a week now, but last night i watched this video and was able to just focus on what she was saying and drift off and i didn’t have a nightmare! I got great sleep and i’m so happy and thankful. Just wanted to share that lil victory lol
