Meditation is an incredibly powerful tool for focusing the mind, calming the spirit and for spiritual development. Over the years I have found a few techniques that have significantly improved my own practice.

In this video, I will share with you three techniques that have helped me to improve my meditation practice and find greater relaxation and peace of mind.

➜ First, having a straight spine is essential for meditation – you can use a pillow to help you maintain the correct posture. Watch how a simple pillow instantly straightens my back.

➜ Second, deep breathing is a key part of meditation, so make sure to place your palms upwards in order to keep your breathing relaxed and consistent. This simple technique is quite fascinating.

➜ Thirdly, there are two essential hand mudras that will increase peace of mind happiness which in turn deepens your meditation.

Finally, you should be mindful of the time and space you’re in – focus on where you are and what’s around you in order to stay present. I hope these tips help you in your meditation practice and thank you for watching!
