This quick 10-minute Reiki session is for clearing your heart chakra. It’s for anyone who wants to receive a quick Reiki session while they are sitting or laying down in a comfortable place. Everybody reacts differently to a Reiki session so don’t force anything just let it happen. There is no wrong or right in this or any situation.
If your mind is going from left to right and thinking about your grocery list or the things you need to accomplish for today. Just acknowledge whatever is going on in your mind and come back to the present moment.
Even though I’m a certified Reiki Master I work a lot with Energy Healing so that I can help you remove blockages where necessary. And I love to work with music because music is healing too but if you prefer to mute the sound that’s totally fine.
