In this video I will be giving a full 35 minute reiki treatment with some light wind chime sounds, meditation music and finally storm sounds. There will be no talking during this session so that you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the healing energy.
During this session pay attention to any emotions, sensations, ideas, animal guides, visions, names, places or anything else that may pop up for you, as this could be significant or something that may resonate later on.
