Reiki II practitioner. I did bring the Reiki into the room before I started the video and set the intention. I used the sage stick and the crystals to make Reiki symbols within the video. All you have to do is set the intention to receive. Energy knows no time or distance, so whenever this gets to you is the right time for you. Energy does not need to be directed where to go, as it goes where it’s needed.
Stones Used:
Serpentine- This stone provides a clearing of thought to better facilitate meditation. Serpentine is said to clear clouded areas of the chakras and stimulate the crown chakra, promoting spiritual understanding and psychic abilities.
Citrine-This stone is associated with positivity and optimism. It’s often used to assist in manifesting financial abundance and opportunities. It can also be used to awaken the solar plexus chakra, helping to cultivate confidence and personal power.
Green Jasper- This stone is believed to be a rain bringer and also protects the wearer from evil spirits, venom, and poison.
Chrysocolla- This stone is associated with tranquility, peace, intuition, patience and unconditional love, is known as a healing stone among Native American cultures where it has been used to strengthen the body’s resistance to illness and emotional duress.
Lapis Lazuli- The Sumerians believed that the spirit of their gods lived within the stone, while the ancient Egyptians saw it as a symbol of the night sky. Since the earliest of times, lapis lazuli has been associated with strength and courage, royalty and wisdom, intellect and truth.
