This 15 minute guided meditation is suitable for everyone
Grab a pillow and a blanket. Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lay down. Close your eyes and relax.
I work in a Primary School, where I give weekly guided meditation sessions to Early Years, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. The adults enjoy the sessions just as much as the children.
Everyone is encouraged to create a relaxing space for themselves and light a candle (battery operated). The session always includes a list of positive affirmations.
This is my second meditation video and I still have a lot to learn. I hope you enjoy it!
