Have you ever thought about the feeling of being kind to nature, people, animals or anything that comes to mind? This is a very special signal of love for me. To be a respected person, we must first learn to respect. The best way to do this is to learn kindness. And in this session, I will do a special healing using your heart chakra.
Remember, the heart chakra is directly linked to love and kindness. That’s why we need to focus on this particular point and keep it strong all the time. So I tried something to raise this level of kindness by using my own techniques.
I tried to reflect the positive energy inside me by applying light pressure on your heart chakra with my hands. As I do this, you may hear some relaxing and ASMR triggering sounds. Because I used crinkle layered sounds in those parts. And I think that will help you feel or understand better what I’m trying to do.
I want to talk a little bit about sleep therapy. In this part, I will give you a very relaxing experience with reiki techniques. Hand movements, writing reiki symbols with crystal, cleaning negative energy with a broom! All these triggers will make you sleepy and you will fall asleep happy and healed.
