Welcome to Week 6 of our Cultivating Awareness Challenge! This week’s focus is all about the spoken word or language used in speech. I hope to share ways to practice Ahimsa or Non Violence in our daily conversations, either to oneself or to each other.

This is my second talking head video and using the apps for recording and editing is getting a bit easier. I still have a lot to learn in terms of being comfortable in front of the camera and audio editing and transitions. It’s all work in progress for me and I appreciate your patience, in time I hope to iron out some of the technical issues as well.
