4) Relax your body, quiet your mind, and say goodbye to the fear and distraction of yesterday.
5) Now you welcome new ideas, inspired messages, and guidance to do things you haven’t before. You know you are on the right path when you feel calm, easily remain present, and feel as if you are being guided by a greater power for a positive good.
These concepts are rather deep and it took me time to understand and incorporate. I suggest bookmarking and listening again.
