1. Realize that security does not exist. The molecules in our body are constantly moving and evolving as well as all things in the universe. The only constant is change.
2. Stop chasing after anything. When people had horse drawn carriages, they would place a carrot in front of the horse to get it to walk. People chasing after success always find it is just out of their reach.
3. Expand the moment into the infinite. Breathe in and out now through your nose and notice the air coming in and out as well as the rising and falling of your chest. Notice that your mind naturally calms and you start to be aware of the incredible beauty of the moment. This is success – to live fully where you already are.
