⭐Instructions: Set your intention to receive the attunement and find somewhere quiet and safe. Sit with your back straight and feet flat on the floor, eyes closed and put your hands in the prayer position in front of your heart chakra.
I recommend you drink some water afterwards to ground you. If you feel spacey or away with the fairies afterwards, refer to the grounding techniques in your training manual.
