Energetic Spinal Healing (ESH) is a holistic therapeutic modality developed by Dr. Daniel J. Benor that combines traditional Chinese medicine, energy healing, and modern energy medicine to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. ESH is based on the belief that the body’s natural energy flows through the spinal cord. When this energy is blocked, due to physical or emotional trauma, it can cause physical and psychological symptoms. ESH works to free up these blocked energies, allowing the body’s natural healing process to take place.
The foundation of ESH is based on the concept of qi, or “energy,” in traditional Chinese medicine. According to this theory, the body is composed of an interconnected system of meridians and organs.
