Reiki energy to balance and cleanse Root Chakra. Also known as Muladhara Chakra, “Mula” means root and “Adhara” means support. This is located base and tail/anus center of the body. We will feel safe and grounded with a balanced root chakra.
Chakras are energy centers and frequencies in our body. Unbalanced and blocked chakras can lead to several complaints to the body and mind. For crystal healing, Diamond to clear negative energy and Red Jasper to ground energy.
