In this session we are focusing on soothing stress and anxiety, creating calm and bring in peace and clarity.
Intention: My intention for this Healing ASMR Reiki Session is to create a calm, soothing session to help aid us in finding peace. To aid in the removal/easing of any energies that are causing/amplifying feelings and energies of stress and anxiety, anything that is inhibiting our current being. To send out soothing, calming and peaceful energies to help bring us clarity and acceptance. To enhance and spread peace and love out into ourselves and the universe during this troubling time. To provide a safe environment to work through any feelings of overwhelm and unrest.
Triggers include: soft tapping, hand movements, flutters, crystals, whispers, shadows and clicking.
I hope that you enjoy this session and it helps you to find some calm and peace.

Protection Spray – Calling in pine and cedar and all the trees of protection, to help us to stay grounded within ourselves, grounded within our calm, clarity. Comh through to protect and deal our energetic bodies and the session.
