Before you play this meditation, make sure you sit in a comfortable position and in a quiet space. Do not cross your arms or legs. Relax.
As you press play, you will be guided to take deep breaths to calm your mind, relax your body and then go into easy steps to use your intuition to understand your life’s purpose.

It’s normal to have some thoughts during meditation. Let them pass through your mind. Give yourself permission to relax and take care of your thoughts later.
