In this video we are hanging out, having a bowl and talking about Reiki. I discuss what Reiki is, and explain a little about it. I also share some of the cool things that happened on my journey to becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher. Understanding energy from this perspective has helped me to open up to parts of myself and others, that otherwise were out of reach. I look forward to sharing more about this with you in this video.
