Today, I am going to send you distance Reiki for removing and clearing the blocks from your 3rd Chakra which is your Solar Plexus Chakra. The Solar Plexus Chakra is located between the navel and rib cage. This chakra is represented by the color YELLOW and governs your sense of personal power.
When functioning properly, your Solar Plexus Chakra ensures you have a healthy self-esteem, are able to take action on your desires, shine your unique light in the world, and engage in satisfying relationships free of “power-plays” or other control dynamics.
When this Chakra is out of balance, you could experience digestive problems such as ulcers or reflux issues, addiction, binge-behaviors, explosive rage issues, a sense of being victimized, or problems with control.
When your Solar Plexus Chakra is clear and functioning well, you feel confident, energized, purposeful and able to activate your willpower in the world without trampling over others.
Things like: self-esteem, leadership roles, decision-making and physical vitality are all served by an open and balanced Solar Plexus Chakra.
You know your Solar Plexus Chakra is clear when there are few, if any “power-plays” in your relationships. Instead, you will find yourself confidently manifesting your desires through personal will, focus, and the ability to ask for what you need.
