She believes healing happens through a holistic, integrative approach, including mind, body, nervous system and energy. Jean is trained in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Reiki, and is a certified breathwork practitioner. In her practice, Jean works with individuals and couples. She also hosts women’s healing retreats, and private healing events.
