I havent found how to love myself but im trying
My prayer for you is that you will continue to be blessed into the coming year. Thank you for what you do. As a man with disabilities, who struggles with health issues since birth, love has passed me by, for those reasons. My only dream is to someday be able at long last, to find that beautiful person who will accept me as I am, without ridicule, or judgement or narcistic abuse and help pull with me in life. The older I get, the more hope I lose for that to happen, since love has left me short. So if there's anyone out there, willing to pray or send positive energy my way, I would greatly appreciate it.

As a high school student I still am learning to love myself but something that helped me learn to start loving and accepting myself is when I realized that I'm never gonna change and that I am who I am so I have to live with it which was hard to accept at first but I learned to look at all the good things about myself and not just in terms of appearance and it helped a TON and even though I'm still on the journey of self love and I don't think I'll ever finish I know that nobody is perfect (ik basic but true) and that it's ok to strive for perfection but not to always expect it because perfection is not attainable in many aspects and that's okay:)
What if I'm not grateful for breathing on this planet? What if I'd really rather not be breathing here and just cease to exist?
the lesson that taught me to love myself was the one where i finally realized i would never ever be happy with myself if i cared what other people thought. i had to be happy with myself for myself and as long as i was happy i shouldn’t care what other say. i do it for me

To not give a shit. I stopped giving a shit about what people think.
I’m still working on loving myself, but what brought me to this point was reaching all of the goals that were “expected” of me and feeling empty. It wasn’t until I reflected and realized that I’d been living life for others and just like that, I chose myself. Now, I do things because I want to, because I want to better myself, and because I can.
I sleep so well and wake up with positive feelings. Thank you, Jessica. You're amazing♡
