I had a conversation with an incredible woman today- we talked about so many different topics, one of them being how adulthood is largely about reversing the programming we received🥲

Some of my “lack” and “scarcity” programming includes people asking me things like, “but are you going to make enough money if you do that?” – I believed in myself SO much & was SO sure I could until they said that to me.

People project their fears onto us. Sometimes we project it onto others! The key is recognizing when it’s happening to us and also recognizing when we have an automatic response that does it to them and stop ourselves.

The TRUTH is we truly have the power to create the life we desire. No one needs to believe in us, WE have to believe in ourselves & our visions & work towards them. It’s a lot easier said than done to not give a f*ck what other people think, but at the end of the day, it only matters what WE think about our own decisions & next steps😍
