Did a reading recently and found out just how congested I was ๐ thank you for offering these healing sessions!
I love your videos. However I had to pause as the only critique is when doing the breathing exercises. It feels like the inhale/exhale are so fast I get borderline dizzy. I found myself in many of your videos ignoring the breathing direction in order to better pace myself. In the future videos can you please slow this down? Usually a 4 second inhale, hold for 7, release for 8 is typical. Cheers!
