Today we will be working on grounding ourselves to provide a sense of safety and stability within our bodies❤️ I am using sage, crystals, hand movements, finger flutters, and plucking to remove negative energy and replace it with positive reiki light✨ This video is the first of a mini-series I am going to do focusing on the seven chakras!!
