Today I have prepared this special ASMR reiki session to balance your Sacral chakra, the center of creativity, pleasure and relationships. I will use delta waves throughout the session to balance your chakra. And sometimes I will try to put you to sleep with sleep music.
First of all, for those who don’t know, let’s talk about what the Sacral chakra is and what it means for it to be balanced.
The sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen, below the navel and above the pelvic bone. It is associated with various aspects of human experience, including emotions, creativity, sensuality, pleasure, and relationships. The color typically associated with the sacral chakra is orange.
When the sacral chakra is balanced and open, it is thought to contribute to a healthy expression of emotions, creativity, and positive relationships. Imbalances or blockages in the sacral chakra might manifest as issues related to emotional well-being, creativity, or sexuality. Practices such as meditation, yoga, and energy healing are sometimes used to help balance and align the chakras, including the sacral chakra.
During the session you will see that I use crystals that I found on the beach where I live. I trust their energy much more because I believe that these are special objects gifted to me directly by nature. And in this way, I can provide you with a more effective therapy that I believe is more effective. Of course, sometimes I also use crystals that I purchase myself. Like selenite, which you can see in this video. But other than that, I found all the crystals myself from nature.
