For those who doesn’t know, this month I will make a “Chakra Cleansing & Healing” series, there will be 8 videos for it, 2 videos a week, so all will be done in the end of January.
This video is the fourth one where I do the cleansing & healing session for your Heart Chakra.
In this session I have trigger warning from the guided meditation in the last part. This trigger warning is for you who want to follow along or just want to try it.
It’s one of psychology methods that anyone can do it, but this time I just make it a bit deeper. Because…”To cure the wound we have to touch it”

I’m not Reiki practitioner/professional, so when I do energy work video I am just doing it in my version, but not out far from its basic.
So feel free to consider it either as energy work or just a roleplay, whatever you comfort.
