Hey everyone! Tonight’s Reiki session is a COMPLETE Body Scan. Take this time for yourself as I relax you and balance all of your chakras. As a collective, the throat chakra seems to be really aligned – I’m so proud of you all! The throat chakra is associated with self-expression. If you find it easier to fully express yourself, your thoughts, and ideas, with a healthy balance of logic and emotion, know that’s a sign of a healthy throat chakra. If not, just know the Reiki healing revitalized and rebalanced your throat chakra, so you can express yourself confidently and effectively. The root and third-eye chakras were quite imbalanced, so I directed the Reiki healing energy towards you so you can feel safe, secure, stable, protected; therefore, you will be in a creative state which allows for your intuition and inner-wisdom to blossom. As a result, it will be harder for you to find yourself in a stressed, survival state of being. I replace any and all negative, unwanted energies with love and light, bright white light energy. You may have noticed I used different hand movements, especially near the end. I noticed it as I was going through the session, but felt it was the right hand movements to ensure we free up that energy. My intuition was partially strong in this video – very transformational and restorative! 😀
