Today I want to give a very effective aura and chakra cleansing session for you. In this special reiki asmr session, you will feel free from all negative energies and you will be happy and peaceful before sleep. Let’s have a look at the details:
Did you miss me pulling out your negative energies with my fingers and cutting them off with my finger scissors? Believe me, I missed doing that too. Using layered sounds, I tried to give a voice to your negative energies and make you feel how they disappeared the moment I cut them off. And if you have noticed, this time I also used tapping sounds as negative energy sound. While not as effective as crinkle sounds, I think it makes a difference. I hope you like it too.
By the way, I would like to point out that in this session, you will see yourself sitting right in front of me. And I plan to do the next sessions with this camera angle. So if you have any suggestions or criticism about it, feel free to share it with me! I think the fact that I’m walking around, especially while you’re sitting, creates a much more realistic ASMR seansation.
I also wanted to do the background lighting with a little less light than normal. Especially after your suggestions, I did something like this. A lighting setup that does not tire the eyes, is more relaxing and keeps me in the foreground. I hope you like it.
During the session, I tried to use reiki symbols, relaxing hand movements, sleep therapy and healing water therapy techniques. But I want to talk about a technique that is more effective and new for me. As you will notice in this section (29:04), you will see that I spray the healing water on my palm and use that water to heal the chakra points by using my fingertips. I don’t know what you think, but I can say that I love that part, especially when editing the video!
