In this session we are focused on healing sorrow and grief, that may be inhibiting us, causing us to feel sadness.
Triggers: Raindrops, river noises, hand movements, crystals, spoken word
Intention: My intention for this ASMR Healing Reiki Session is to help bring healing to any areas of sorrow and grief that maybe inhibiting, maybe influencing our emotional reactions and the way we feel and to help brig alignment and healing to those aspects of yourself, those aspects that we may be feeling right now.

Tools and intentions
Satin Spar: Cleansing our energetic bodies ad our surroundings. Allowing it to pick up any energies that no longer serve you, any energies that are not of our own, that are outdated, that are trying to hitch a ride, anything that is not in alignment with ourselves in this current moment.
Green River – to help take any emotions or feelings that are causing you grief and sorrow, allow them to flow away with the running water.
Amethyst Spectar – Draw in healing symbols for the session – Cho Ku Rei, Infinity/Balance Symbol. Drawing out any stuck energies that are no longer needed. Breaking up any stagnant energies or blocked connections and allowing energy to flow.
Apache Tears – Helpful with helping us to process grief, helping us to understand our sadness, helping us to work through those times and support us and protect us. Bringing soothing, caring, stabilizing energies.

Green Aventurine – To bring in loving healing energy.
Pine Branches – Use to bring in protective elements of the Earth, protective tree energy, to help support ourselves through our healing, support our alignment.
