Hello my friends and welcome to today’s session. This session is a quiet session with no talking. We are going to let the river talk for itself, allowing its healing energy to wash away anything that needs to be removed from your energetic body, from your mind, from your feelings, from your emotions. We are going to allow the Green River to guide us with what energetic cleansing/healing that we may need in this moment.
In this session crystals are used to aid in the transformation of energy.
Triggers include – sounds (river/some wind), crystals, close contact, changes of focus, movement of water.

Intention: My intention for this ASMR Reiki Healing Session is to allow the river to cleanse and heal any aspect of ourselves, our energies, our emotional bodies that is ready to be transmuted and release. To aid in reenergizing us and aligning us with our greatest potential.
Crow Feather – to cleanse our energetic bodies, our surroundings ready to begin the session. To allow the messages that are in alignment with our current being to come through.
White Aragonite – to comb through our energetic body and remove any unwanted/outdated/foreign energies. To clear our perceptions, our eyes and how we see things. Pulling out any stuck energies, thought patterns, feelings and emotions.
Hand Movements – to release these energies with love to be transformed by the river.
Stepped Double Quartz Point – opening portals of perceptions, of healing, of empowerment. Activating our session and Reiki healing energy- Cho Ku Rei. Drawing out those more stuck elements of the energy that is ready to go, that is being released. We must release to make room for growth, for expansion, for new beginnings.
Hand Movements – removing energetic debris from the aura, releasing with love.
Tiny White Flower – purity and cleansing. Its the little things that truly count and help us to see with clarity. Adjusting our focus, look at the details, the little thinks, make small tweaks, weed and grow.
Optical Calcite – clarity, perspective, details, awareness, reflection. Bringing light messages. The power in adjusting the way we view things. When we flip things upside down we see things differently.
Citrine – energy, abundance, harmony, balance, empowering us to move forward anew. prosperity, renewal, inspiration. Light messages.
Honeysuckle Healing Oil- to seal our session and annoint our energies. To aid our healing experience and energy alignment for our highest good. Fluff up the aura and soothe any holes/rips.
Pyrite – bringing everything we ever wanted to us. Abundance, prosperity, reflecting our abundance back into the universe. Good luck and happiness.
