In this video we address the beast of living with chronic pain. I share some useful tips and tricks I have gleaned along the way, and then I do some crystal healing and Reiki, completing with an auric sweep with the cinnamon broom. I also burn white sage incense to set the intention, and I spray some lavender hydrosol. I hope you find this video soothing and helpful.
