How come you chose the other way around? Usually it starst with the root chackra? I am curios why downward
Anna, I just want to say a huge thank you 🙏, I made a conscious decision to try and better my spiritual self and try to become more mindful not just for myself but in my actions towards others , the way that you explain your reiki practices and the way that you speak with such clarity and take time to explain the reasons behind each stone you use and each clearing is just so refreshing and I just had to write to say that I am a changed person with more patience and understanding not just of myself but I now realise how others actions were affecting me and I have also learnt through reiki that my spiritual journey and others is being led by a new kind of awakening, it’s hard to explain but it feels like a new calmer and compassionate me has emerged so Thankyou for being a small part of my soul journey ( I sound like an ageing hippy) but I’m not , the world needs more calm and I recommend you to all my colleagues and friends who also love your channel ☮️💛😊

No offense, as I am no Reiki Master, but others who R taught me 2 move in the opposite direction (root 2 crown). That stated, U seemed 2 do all the right things PER chakra, WOW

Oh, could our insecurities from a young age along with over dependence on peer influences of different values and need for their acceptance create less and less innersecurity over time and more and more insecurity and dependence on the outside things? Could it be seeing the lack of innerpeace and ease with more fear, anger, and insecurity be the cues we need to begin developing more innersecurity and innerpeace over time? ??Feeling safe in home – I believe there are yes, bad and quite powerful spirit forces that may work through different objects. I hope this can be understood.
I have had multiple spinal fusions, translated means titanium rods, screws and bone cages at 8 levels in my spine. The Root Charaka is a manifestation of all you describe, Overactive, ( all of the above ) I thank you for your insight. Pain manifests in different way’s Anger, comes to the surface . Your sessions are soothing. Thank you
