The third eye chakra, situated in the center of the forehead, is often referred to as the sixth chakra. It holds sway over intuition, perception, and inner awareness.
Balanced Traits:
The third eye chakra, located between the eyebrows, governs intuition and insight. A balanced third eye chakra enhances perception, imagination, and inner wisdom. Individuals with balance here possess a strong sense of intuition, clear mental focus, and an ability to see beyond the surface. They trust their inner guidance and have a deep understanding of their life’s purpose.
Imbalance Impact:
When the third eye chakra is underactive, individuals may struggle with indecision, lack of clarity, and difficulty accessing their intuition. This can lead to feelings of being disconnected from their inner self and a lack of direction. On the other hand, an overactive third eye chakra can lead to an obsession with the supernatural, excessive daydreaming, and losing touch with reality.
Preparation: Find a quiet and peaceful space. Sit or lie down comfortably with a straight spine. You can use a chair if the floor isn’t comfortable. Avoid falling asleep if lying down. Stay still during meditation, but move mindfully if needed. Use calming rituals like aromas or sounds to enhance your meditation experience. Now, relax and begin your meditation journey.
