Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. It operates on the premise that we all a responsibility for the reality we experience. Once we own up to this responsibility, by setting the intention and attention to the 4 key mantras for healing, we may apply it to any situation in life. I have used this for problem solving, releasing energy, healing a relationship, and as well to enable me to manifest! In terms of manifestation this is a beautiful practice to release old patters, old conditioning, or judgment towards your past self.

Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners, such as myself, use our palm chakras through to transfer universal energy to another human in order to encourage emotional (energies in motion) and / or physical healing. Through this particular meditation, I used the symbol Sei He Ki (“The Earth and Sky Meet”) to induce emotional and mental healing.
Allow the sounds waves of this track along with the energetic force of the 3 crystals I used to feel a deep wave of forgiveness. Sound wave therapy is extremely powerful, I encourage you to use a noise cancelation head set. Equally wonderful would be is you have crystals nearby. The crystals I used are the rose quartz (heart chakra healing), clear quartz (amplifies your intentions for manifesting and co-creating with the universe) and an amethyst (Protects you against negative energies). While I am providing some basic properties here (there are far more!), know that all crystals hold massive energetic properties, I highly encourage you to choose them in alignment with which one you naturally gravitate towards.
