Different food groups have different benefits! For kids, adults, and even the aged, knowing what different food groups do is the key to having balanced and healthy meals, and successfully building the body and life of your dreams.
Only once you know what the different food groups do and their benefits, can you yourself as an adult (or by sharing with your kids), effect change in your and your kids’ lives for the long run.
This video goes in depth about food groups and what they do, and how I’ve used this knowledge to achieve a fit and lithe body for 21 years now. To design your body a certain way, you HAVE to know what the food groups do. Without knowing that, would be like setting out to build a building without knowing what concrete and glass do!
