In this 20 minute reiki session we will be looking at the earth star chakra, also known as ‘the super root.’ This chakra goes that extra bit further than the root chakra in grounding and anchoring the whole chakra system. It is located 12 inches below the feet in the etheric body.
The earth star chakra helps to dispel any negative energy and encourages self-awareness, stability and well being.
It resonates with the colours brown and black representing the rich soil of the earth.
We will also be taking a look at a new gemstone that is associated with the earth star chakra – aragonite.
