I know this is a long comment but I have a thing to say LOL 😂
Migraine/headache ASMR videos are my jam. They help me cope. I’ve had chronic migraines for 10 years, got my first migraine when I was 9, and I‘ve had my own share of horror stories with hospitalizations, blood clots, central lines, and allergic reactions – all because of severe migraines. I’m currently on disability because of them. I’m on a new medication which has helped more than anything else I’ve tried, but I turned 31 this year and ngl, I’m getting impatient. I want more from my life than to wake up to pain every single day. I’ve started to resent the sunrise because I know the battle that each new day will bring.
You did a few things in this that I’ve never seen before. I do a lot of visualization exercises but your “liquid down the back of your spine” exercise is new, and I’m absolutely going to be using it. Part of my problem is “structural” – meaning it’s my spine causing the pain – but I know for a fact that when given the option I choose anxiety over claiming peace, and that makes the pain worse. You spoke directly to the part of my personality that feels stressed all the time, and you assuaged some of its worries.
In short, I’m really glad that I found your channel 💖

"Guru" actually translates sort of to "one who sheds light". So yes, you are a guru. The Divine are all gurus. All lightworkers, all TEACHERS in anything are basically gurus…they are gurus, experts, in their specific gifts
