We are on spring break and it’s a beautiful rainy day. I love the sunshine but I also love the opportunity to get cozy when it’s not perfect beach weather. After all, we need both sunshine and storms to create rainbows (with preferably more sunny days than stormy days lol.)

Recently, I’ve gotten some requests to talk about what to do if you feel stuck. Feeling stuck is a kind of frozen state that might show up in certain situations, such as
– performance anxiety
– competition anxiety
– public speaking
– other anticipatory stress
– social anxiety
– life transitions
– pressure of responsibility
– not feeling good enough
– fear of people not liking you

So, in this week’s livestream, I thought I would talk about some tips on what to do when you feel stuck.

At the end, I’ll do a sample EFT Tapping sequence that incorporates details from various scenarios.
