“From an early age I was a dreamer, a quiet, introverted, gentle boy. I didn’t know it then but I was also an empath, I felt the emotions and feelings of others which meant I was always seeking to please them so that I in turn would feel happy.
“Now, at age 56 with the experiences that life has given me, that have made me stronger and hopefully wiser, I am still however, that dreamy, quiet, empathic boy within. Mine has been a journey of awakening, healing and manifestation, observing my life unfold as I come into alignment with a purpose that seems to have been already chosen for me. I have another chapter to this story but I will save that for another time and leave you to enjoy the content of this booklet I offer as a guide to self-healing.”
