Other forms of energy works such as Sound Therapy produces sustained sounds and vibrations that can also assist with anxiety, pain management, and improved sleep. Since Reiki is a form of Ancient Energy Healing, it doesn’t need to be performed in person. Reiki can also be performing through sending energy to the client through various techniques also known “Distant Reiki”
