Spring is upon us and this is the perfect time to de-clutter and start fresh! Also, with full moons it’s the perfect time to release any toxic people,things, places, behaviors, or thoughts that no longer serve your highest good.✨
We go over a couple of journal prompts, ways you can release during a full moon, how to take care of your mind, body, and spirit during this time.
