One thing that I love so much about Reiki is the understanding that universal energy is not bound by time or space…indeed it is universal so it is the energy of ALL things.
So as we turn into this energy and relax into a practice then we may experience a space where there is no separation, there is no time, and then the healing in this video is with you right now…wherever you are…whenever you are watching this…and for whatever you may need this session for.
So take a moment to relax, and if possible allow the mind and body to become quiet and still…and simply sit with this practice. If you are comfortable to do so you can place your hands facing your screen, or on your body, or a mix of both. The practice is fully guided so you can simply close your eyes and listen as we progress through this healing session.
