Following a lot of recent heavy, sometimes angry, frustrating, flat or depressing energy and a lot of difficult ascension symptoms, (not to mention many years of hard work, challenges, karmic contracts and spiritual evolution,) it is time to take back your power! ⚡️❤️🌈 You are more than deserving of it!
☀️ It is recommended that you drink some water and get some rest following a reiki treatment.
☀️ Everbody’s experience with reiki is different but it’s not uncommon to feel some heat, or temperature changes, tingles, pins and needles, sudden tiredness or burst of energy and some emotional reactions. If, however you feel in pain or unwell it is very unlikely that this is from the effects of energy healing. Use your better judgement in case you need to see a medical professional.

☀️ The effects of reiki can last up to 28 days but you can return to this video when needed.
