I created this healing as an easy way to prepare your energy for the day ahead!
This Reiki helps release any sluggish or heavy energy from the nighttime,
cleanse, heal, energize and balance your energy body,
and help you feel grounded, centered, and positively energized! ☀️
As you play this video you’re welcome to set an intention for your day ahead.

You may play it in bed, especially if you’re having a hard time waking up. Let me know in the comments if it helps! 🙂
You can also play this reiki as a boost throughout the day if you want to refresh your energy. I would not recommend playing it at night as it does have an energizing effect.
The healing includes:
☀️ Clearing any tamasic, heavy, or sluggish energies from nighttime
☀️ Grounding and connecting to Mother Earth
☀️ Cleansing, strengthening, balancing, and activating the seven main chakras, as well as your Earth Star and Soul Star chakras.
☀️ Cleansing and strengthening your energy field, filling it with more light, boosting your energetic protection
☀️ Balancing the qi in your body
☀️ Sending love and blessings to the spaces, events, people you will engage with today
☀️ Energizing and blessing your intentions for the day ahead
