Welcome! Today I’m offering a distant Reiki Healing experience! Reiki energy is quantum and does not obey time and space. This healing journey can be experienced again and again. This is a living healing! First, I will explain the River of Life. Next, we’ll flow through the guided part of the healing experience. Then, I will continue to send healing energy during a period of silence (about 10 min) and finally, I’ll gently bring you back to physical awareness.
Please, either lie down or be seated comfortably. Do not listen to this guided journey while driving, operating equipment or doing anything that requires complete awareness. Reiki energy activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PSN) which is responsible for rest, digest, relax and repair. Journaling is not necessary but may be very beneficial, so grab your pen and paper if desired! Queue up some relaxing meditation music and enjoy!
