Let’s start with some cardio to warm up the body and prevent injuries. You’ll find me bouncing on an exercise ball to kick things off.

Cardio not only warms me up but also gives me that unique adrenaline rush, making me feel alive and ready to conquer the workout.
But I like to keep it spontaneous. After squats, I mix it up with various upper and lower body exercises, depending on how I feel that day.

Timing matters! I prefer daytime workouts as they leave me feeling energized, focused, and ready to take on the world.

As an energy healer and Reiki master, I emphasize the importance of movement to my clients. It’s a fantastic way to balance your chakra system, whether through yoga, Pilates, beach walks, or gym sessions.

After the workout, I make sure to stretch to maintain flexibility and prevent injuries. Thanks for joining me at the gym today!
