Meet Anti Dark Mind, who reclaimed his well-being with remarkable results.💯💥 He survived cancer in 2012, chemotherapy, five surgeries over the last 10 years, and lost several major organs. In one of the surgeries he clinically died and had an NDE (Near Death Experience). When he first started our Holistic Health and Fitness Coaching program he was surviving but not thriving. 😵 In our program he learned how to structure his nutrition protocols, fitness routine, and lifestyle so it would be supportive to his natural and holistic healing process. 🥦 🙏 He used to train in Kali Escrima Martial Arts almost daily, before his cancer, and has not been able to get back into that, until 2023. After doing strength training, resistance training, HIIT, Spiritual Energy Healing, holistic nutrition, meditation, in our Holistic Health and Fitness Coaching program, he got back on track with his health and life goals. 🎯 He is now moving into a bigger house where he will hang his heavy bag and return to his life long passion of training in Martial Arts again. 🥊⚔️ We are so proud of the incredible progress he’s making!
