ABOUT REIKI:
Reiki is a Japanese word that means Universal Life Force Energy. It’s what gives life to all beings. You may imagine Reiki as a cozy, comforting blanket of positive energy that’s all around us. When you’re feeling stressed, tired, or unbalanced, this energy might get a little out of whack.
What I do as a Reiki practitioner is help guide and channel this energy to you. Think of it as a way to recharge your spiritual batteries, like a massage for the soul.
